However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is completely accurate, current, or error-free. If a product you receive does not match its description, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition, subject to our Return Policy.

5. Orders & Payment

Placing an Order

Orders can be placed through our website contact forms, via email, by phone at +91 95991 72879, or via WhatsApp. All orders are subject to acceptance by Food MFG. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

Order Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed only after:

• We have acknowledged the order in writing (email or WhatsApp)
• Agreed pricing, quantity, and delivery terms have been finalized
• Any required advance payment has been received (if applicable)

Pricing

All prices quoted are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice due to market fluctuations, raw material costs, or other factors. The final price for your order will be confirmed at the time of order confirmation.

Payment Terms

Food MFG accepts the following payment methods:

• Bank transfer (NEFT, RTGS, IMPS)
• UPI payments
• Cheque (subject to clearance)
• Any other method agreed upon in writing

Payment terms (advance, partial, or credit) will be discussed and agreed upon when placing your order. We reserve the right to require full or partial advance payment for first-time customers or large orders.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery Area

Food MFG delivers products across Delhi NCR and throughout India through our reliable logistics network. For international orders, please contact us directly to discuss shipping arrangements.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. Typical delivery timeframes are:

• Delhi NCR: 2–5 business days
• Major Indian Cities: 5–10 business days
• Other Locations in India: 7–15 business days

These timeframes are estimates only. Food MFG is not liable for delays caused by logistics partners, weather conditions, strikes, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be communicated and agreed upon before order confirmation. Bulk orders may be eligible for free shipping depending on order value and delivery location.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier or to the delivery address, whichever is applicable. Please inspect your order upon receipt and report any damage or discrepancy within 48 hours.

7. Returns & Refunds

Food MFG is committed to your satisfaction. If you receive a product that does not meet your expectations, please review our return policy below:

Eligibility for Returns

• Products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging
• Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
• Products must not have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer
• Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom spice blends developed to customer specifications
• Private label products with custom packaging
• Products that have been opened or used
• Products purchased on sale or at a discount

Refund Process

If a return is approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and design elements, is the property of Food MFG and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Permitted Use
